Running a bit behind

So this morning I read through (alright, skimmed for the most part) just over 200 blog posts. For some silly reason I chose to not get online ALL weekend (of a "holiday" weekend, what was I thinking?!?!?!). So today I got caught up and am going to do my seemingly obligatory "halloween costume thingy" post. Sad to say, this year I didn't dress up, but I'm already thinking of ideas for next year so that hopefully if I decide to make the costumes I'll have (and TAKE) plenty of time to prepare them. So here's this year's costumes:

My son the nerd (or Einstein with blond hair..lol)

*********************************************
My daughter as "a 5 yr old"
(this is HER definition of what she was...ha!)

I think they looked GREAT! And I was thrilled that they went with something simple (i.e. stuff we already had around the house and CHEAP!!!)

love the costumes...esp because they were cheap. I hate spending money on costumes that are worn for a few hours........sometimes I want them to wear them the next 5 days to get my money's worth!

Boy! It's a lot of work when you miss even one day on here! LOL

Their costumes were great! I like homemade ones the best!

they really did a good job. Buying costumes for all my kids was seriously draining to my wallet. =/ Your kids look great. I think your daughter resembled my 6 year old on any given day. lol

How in gods name do you read 200 blog posts? Between trying to come up with something to write and clicking on my 10 or so favorites, I lose a couple of hours! You're good.
