A while back I got on one of my rants and decided I was going to do something about it dammit!! And so off to Barnes and Noble I trekked. I looked in the health/weight loss section and came out with two books I thought were speaking to me...
Now I'm all for being a bitch (when the time calls for it)...and I AM searching for skinny...but I don't think this is quite right for me. If you're looking to check this out for yourself..please leave me a comment and I'll throw everyone's name into a bucket, or hat, or something...and draw out a winner on March 6th and get the books on the way to you. For the record, this is my first ever giveaway. I am not being paid by the Skinny Bitches that wrote the book, nor were they donated...just looking to spread their message of bitchiness and skinniness with someone else. Tell your friends! Comment away!

my cousin is doing this and from what I gathered it's really strict...like no meat. I couldn't do that. lol
I'm game to try anything to make me a skinny bitch!! LOL
I think I can do the bitch part when the time is needed but for the last 10 years Ive been working on the skinny part and its just not working for me..so Im for trying something new!!!
My skinny bitch of a daughter has read them and lives them!
My husband got me the skinny bitch book for christmas last year and I actually became vegan for 6 months. I felt FANTASTIC but it's just not a realistic way to live for me.
I could have killed someone for a slice of cheese!!!
My friend was telling me about this and I'd really like to read them.
P.S. I come via the DFW Bloggers dinner blogroll. I'll see you on Saturday!
Sounds interesting. Don't know if I would like the whole vegan thing though. I'd try anything to lose 30lbs.
No meat? No cheese? No way!! (Count me OUT!)
oh, i have been wanting to read this book!!! although i know it will make me want to give up my diet cokes and i just don't know if i am that strong....
oh! I love their book! But...I can totally understand why you'd prefer to pass it along. I do think they are very strict with their routine, way stricter then I'd want to be. But their core message is very true - skinny people don't eat cheeseburgers. If we wanna be skinny, we gotta think about what we are eating! Very true - but I'm all for a big juicy burgery, some cheese & a big tall glass of milk!!
